Worked on Yello as an early-stage startup attempt, where I was responsible for product thinking and design. While the product did not reach a usable prototype or secure funding, the process exposed critical gaps in execution speed, scope control, and alignment.
This project was valuable for what it surfaced early — assumptions that didn’t hold, decisions that were delayed, and signals that led to cutting the idea. The experience directly informed how I now prioritise, test, and disengage from ideas faster and with less attachment.
